1. Service

MeteoDecid Drone is a weather-decision support web application for drone operations. It analyses forecast data and flight parameters and provides planning information such as fly, wait, do not risk it, risk level, confidence, and safer time windows.

2. No flight authorization

MeteoDecid does not issue aviation permissions or replace official airspace services, local law, the aircraft manual, the remote pilot's judgement, or observations at the flight site. The user remains responsible for confirming all legal and operational requirements before flight.

3. Access

MeteoDecid Drone Pro provides one user with access for the period shown at checkout. The current annual offer is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and seller for the transaction. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and buyer-facing payment matters under its own buyer terms.

5. Availability

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and weather-data availability. Continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. MeteoDecid may perform maintenance, security work, or technical changes when reasonably necessary.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful personal or professional drone planning. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse technical interfaces, or use MeteoDecid in violation of aviation or other applicable law.

7. Liability

MeteoDecid provides decision-support information, not a guarantee of weather conditions or flight safety. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law or removes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's buyer and refund policies. See the Refund Policy.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated when the service, law, payment arrangements, or product scope changes. The version published on this page is the current version.
